Elliot Vermes
Founder & CEO
Elliot Vermes has over 17 years of experience in both the real estate and technology sectors, as well as a strong technical and programming background. Before founding ResiModel, Inc., he was a member of the real estate investment teams at Citi Property Investors and Sequoia Debt Ventures, as well as the real estate investment banking team at JPMorgan. Prior to obtaining his MBA from Columbia Business School, he spent four years as a consultant at Accenture, where he was responsible for designing and implementing complex, cross-indexed database structures for a number of leading clients. Elliot was admitted to the engineering honors society (Tau Beta Pi) after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and Applied Mathematics.
Michael Arabe

Michael Arabe has 30 years of sales and business development experience, including 20 years selling information and technology services to the commercial real estate industry. Michael was previously Senior Vice President at Peracon, Inc. where he was instrumental in the growth of the company's transaction management business. Previously, he was SVP of Sales & Customer Service at CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) where he increased revenue by $22 million over five quarters and improved customer retention from 85% to 92%. Michael also served as SVP of Sales for COMPS, Inc. prior to its IPO and subsequent acquisition by CoStar for $102 million. At COMPS, he managed a national sales expansion into 47 U.S. markets.
Art Melikyan
VP, Product Development
Art Melikyan has over ten years of financial modeling experience in both commercial real estate and financial markets. In 2008, he founded Cascade Ventures, LLC, a money management company. Prior to that, Art was a Senior Portfolio Analyst at Equity Residential (NYSE:EQR) where he was involved in the budgeting and performance analysis of an apartment portfolio totaling over 100,000 units. Before joining Equity Residential, he was Senior Acquisition Analyst at The Laramar Group, a Chicago-based private equity firm. He started his career at The Apartment Group, a Cushman & Wakefield company. He earned an MBA degree from Rollins College with dual concentration in Finance and Marketing.
Joaquin Soto

Joaquin Soto has over 13 years of experience architecting, developing and managing high-performing and scalable applications as well as building, mentoring and managing technology teams. Prior to joining ResiModel, he was Vice President of Software Development at Everyday Health, where he oversaw development of several products including the company's flagship platforms, EverydayHealth.com and WhatToExpect.com. He obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the City University of New York, with concentrations in Artificial Intelligence and Database Systems.

Professor Murray Low is the Director of Entrepreneurship Education at Columbia Business School. He is an experienced entrepreneur and a leading authority on entrepreneurship. As the founder of the Columbia Entrepreneurship Program, he gives executive seminars in the areas of entrepreneurship and strategic management. Professor Low makes frequent presentations to academic and industry groups. He has published extensively in academic and practitioner journals and is a regular commentator in the media.
Aaron Eastburn

Aaron Eastburn is currently finishing a Masters degree in mathematics at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Studies where he has focused his studies on numerical computing for neuroscience. He is also a freelance web designer with a particular interest in javascript development. He received his undergraduate degree in mathematics from New York University, and studied in Hungary through the Budapest Semesters in Mathematics program.
William Adams
Sales and Development
William Adams joins ResiModel with experience growing younger brands and and working to increase revenue for the companies. Prior to joining ResiModel, he worked at CompStak - a commercial real estate tech start-up helping owners, operators, lenders and investors use better data when valuing commercial assets. While at CompStak, his team helped grow the client roster over 150%. Before CompStak, William had a stint in investment banking, as well as experience working at the then-startup firm, SecondMarket, where he helped to grow new vertical revenue streams across various asset classes. He received his B.S. from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Etienne Locoh
Board Director
Etienne Locoh is founder and CEO of the Urban Century Group. He also acts as Managing Partner for Urban Century Capital Partners LLC and Infinity Urban Century LLC, the firm's two primary investment vehicles. Mr. Locoh has over 17 years of institutional investment experience. He has placed and managed over $3.0 billion in real estate related investments, including core and value-added acquisitions, development ventures, distressed debt deals, and corporate private equity transactions. His experience spans nearly all property sectors.
Shaun Schachner
Senior Financial Analyst
Prior to joining ResiModel, Shaun was a member of the Corporate Finance team at Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL), where he worked on project financing of debt and equity for Toll Brothers' multifamily and condo developments, real estate acquisitions and investment analysis, industry and market research, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. Shaun graduated from the College of William & Mary with a B.B.A. in finance and mathematics.

Andy Hamilton was the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product at Yield Technologies, Inc., where he co-founded the RentSentinel and RentSocial products. Yield Technologies was acquired in 2013 by RealPage, Inc. (NASDAQ: RP). Post-acquisition, Andy held multiple roles at RealPage, including Vice President of Products and Vice President of Engineering for LeaseStar, Marketing Solutions. He was also responsible for their consumer-facing business, MyNewPlace.

Rob Bender led operations and finance at Axioma, a leading Wall Street software and analytics firm. As the EVP & CFO Rob helped guide the organization from start‐up through growth stage. During his tenure, the company realized 50X revenue growth, expanded internationally, raised multiple rounds of VC/PE financing, and grew the employee base by 10X. Prior to Axioma, Rob led strategic planning and business development at Primedia Enthusiast Group, where he oversaw M&A and alliance transactions totaling over $75m. Rob holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Rob Wrzosek

Rob Wrzosek has over 18 year of experience in the commercial real estate industry. His experience includes servicing as the President of Hunt Mortgage Group, being a member of the Board of Directors of Walker & Dunlop, Inc., where he assisted in launching the firm's IPO, and various other senior management positions related to the commercial real estate industry during his time at Credit Suisse (CS) in New York. While at CS, Mr. Wrzosek's advice was solicited by the Obama Administration concerning potential revisions to certain federal affordable housing programs, and he was a member of the team assembled by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to underwrite Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. during the summer of 2008. Prior to joining CS, Mr. Wrzosek was a partner at the law firm of Eichner & Norris in Washington, D.C.
